Competitive Manufacturing Training

During implementation programmes we have found our customers become expert in many of the key lean manufacturing improvement tools.

TXM has formed a partnership with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) so the skills our customers develop during our implementation programmes can be recognised with a Federally Accredited Certificate “IV in Competitive Manufacturing”. This qualification also attracts federal funding for candidates who qualify.

Our focus is on learning as an outcome of implementation, not training as an end in itself. We assess candidates on their practical ability to implement the tools in the workplace. This means the candidates benefit with a qualification, and the business benefits from real improvements in the plant.
