Anthony Clyne - Lean Manufacturing Coach

When Anthony joined TXM in 2007 he already had an impressive record of lean manufacturing experience in a range of industries including food, automotive, minerals processing and transactional processes. Michelle Brown - Lean Manufacturing Coach

Michelle Brown has had an 18 year career implementing lean enterprise at Boeing. Michelle started on the shop floor as a cadet engineer which has given her a practical understanding of the real issues in production. Trained by leading Japanese lean consultants, Michelle became an expert in lean manufacturing and the production preparation process. Mike Morgan - Project Manager

Mike is a seasoned operational general manager with more than 30 years experience in manufacturing. He has managed complex organisations through relocations, acquisitions and technology upgrades and worked with major companies such as Amcor, Cryovac and ACI. Since joining TXM has managed the relocation of Rola Roof Racks and Rosebank Engineering.

Ruth Oakley - Quality Assurance Consultant

Ruth has more than 30 years experience in quality systems and quality management. Her skills range from supplier evaluation, internal and third party auditing, internal quality system implementation, quality crisis management and recall. Ruth has helped many TXM customers implement and improve quality management systems based on ISO9001.

Tim Zhang - Lean Consultant based in TXM’s China office

Tim  has more than 10 years experience in implementing lean in Lenovo, Delphi, Tyco and York. Like all TXM’s lean consultants Tim combines a wealth of lean experience with a deep practical understanding of manufacturing and supply chain. Tim is based in Guangzhou and will be working for TXM across China.
